Welcome to Campbell's Expanded Learning Programs

 20-21 Campbell Care/CREW TK-6th Grade

Registration Considerations: 

  • All registrations are conditional as we gather interest.
  • Locations will be determined based on interest
  • Families who had previously registered and have a deposit on file will get priority based on first come, first served basis until spaces exhaust or we reach priority registration deadline of July 31, 2020
  • We will confirm your registration by August 7, 2020
  • $100 Registration deposit will be required and you will get an invoice.
  • For families who had previously paid, you will not be required to pay the invoice and we will zero out the account internally.
  • Campbell Care will follow all Santa Clara County Public Health Department guidelines. We will send additional information to families about our protocols. 
  • If afterschool program is FULL and you want to be added to the waitlist, please email: [email protected] with child's full name, grade entering in the fall, school name, and contact information (Email & phone)

Campbell Care/CREW Program Information: 

First Day of Program: August 24, 2020

5/days week, Monday-Friday

Time: 2:30-6:00PM

Fees*: $614.00/month and Prorated for August/December $399/month. Billing schedule is the 25th of the month.

August tuition payment due upon registration confirmation. 

*Sibling Discount and Staff discount will be honored. At this time CUSD will not be offering additional tuition assistance due to lack of available funds, however we will work with 3rd party contracts.  The current agencies are Choices for Children, Go Kids and Calworks.  We will work with others as well.

Having issues with registration?

  • Try refreshing the page and make sure your ASAP account is up to date and student grade is accurate on your account
  • If the system says it is full- email us at [email protected] Include: student full name, grade and school. This email will serve as a timestamp as we prioritize enrollment. Remember enrollment is conditional, we will prioritize families who were previously registered and we will use timestamp to secure spots until capacity is exhausted. 
  • A waitlist will also start according to priority and timestamp.

Refund Policy/Cancellation

If program does not operate due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, families will receive full refund. We will track enrollment and notify families August 14, 2020 if program will not operate.  If program closes due to COVID19 exposure, we will refund dates of closure.
